this is totally random.

i had the weirdest vivid dream yesterday. it was a like a cross between transformers avatar and twilight. i dreamt that some huge robot army was having a major war with us humans, i was part of the human group, and for some reason, all or most of us humans had special powers whatsoever that could help us defeat these huge robots. my special power was being able to shoot ammunition like lasers or sth at long distance through my FINGERS. like seriously LOL. and so basically the first wave of huge robots came, and we managed to defeat them with our collective array of super powers.

but then after a false peace, a second wave of more high-tech robots came at us. we were prepared to ward them off, but we realized they had some special technology that disabled all our special powers and we were like vulnerable and powerless. so yeah when we found out we were like RUNNNNNNNN and everyone was running for their lives to avoid being captured/killed by those robots. and like me and a grp of friends escaped into some building, which we found out was a facility to recruit humans to the robot army side. (i.e. the evil dark side). so there were like enemies everywhere. but since the terrible superpower-disabling robots were nowhere near by then, we had our powers back. we came face to face with a group of enemies, and one of my friends in the group, started talking immediately. apparently his power was that he starts talking in a specific manner, and like all enemies will either hear nothing, or only hear him. (i'm not sure which). and then everyone started using their powers and thanks to that we managed to slip away from the enemy group.

and yeah i don't remember anything else because i think the alarm rang then.

no wonder i was so tired today. i spent the entire night fighting wars and running for my life.

i am sleepy again

yes yesterday was a very fun day. but today i was like super tired and on top of that it was a very screwed up day. today, i was stupid because i stupidly made myself seem stupid. and i just sent a letter to my supervisor and if i am really that good at getting into trouble, this may end up in the MD's office, or worse, on the dean's list. dean's black list.

this weekend, i shall catch up on things. like blogging about all the fun things. dang you bad days go away !!!!!

just a summary i am sleepy

today i worked 12 hours at work. 8.30 am to 8.15 pm. -.-

the most of the day i spent doing up the lab manual, editing it etc, settling the calibration records, procedures, did some QA check, weight checks, tasted some tomato sauce yum yum and in the evening, i helped out with production cos the kitchen overran the cooks. my arms are so tired from screwing on caps. bleargh

anyway, so we went up to brisbane city over the weekend. and guess what. i'm too slpy to blog about it yet again.

WOOT. PAYDAY.

more scientific masak-masak today. yesterday, i went to anyhow agar some values, the colour came out nice and nearly like the original, but the specs like brix value and pH were kinda far from it. and the colour smelled more mango-ey than chilli-y. today, my supervisor made lots of changes to the formulation, and the colour became orangey, like carroty. but the specs were much closer. and the original samples smelt fresher and nicer even though we used fresh ingredients for this one too, so i had to do like troubleshooting to see what the problem was. yeah but anw it's FUN. haha i need a job in future like that. lol like Product matcher or something lol. i seriously think that there is no such job like that.

Today, in some sort of aussie slang, is called Hump Day. cos it's wednesday, and from monday to wed you are like going up a hump and wednesday you reach the top of the hump and then thurs and fri you head downward to the weekends! and when i heard it i was like hmm that sounds kinda crude. lol. today D was in a good mood and he was like smiling and asking me how my day was. but then W seemed to be having a bad Hump day because he was trying to get the 'work-on-saturday' thing to be approved but B wasn't very happy with it and they were having an argument while i was cleaning up C's satay sauce mess that he happily left in the lab lol. and it was kinda awkward cos they were there having this mini argument while i was clanging away washing pots and beakers and spoons and etc =x i was glad to be finally out of there and i think W lost the battle in the end. =( so no consecutive 3 day holiday :(:(

anw! i think we'll be heading up to brisbane this weekend in C's car on friday night! and we are not going to book any hostel. we are just going to impromptu go there and see what's available for us lol! haha so different from US trip where we planned everything nice nice. well, this will be exciting for a change!

FUN!

haha. ok things kinda took a turn for the better today. the morning started out dreary with me going thru that huge never-ending file and doing updates and being secretary-ish for C. but then lunch came and then C was like oh just leave that for later after lunch i have a new R&D project for you to do. and i was like YESSSSS! lol like literally in front of him. and he was like wah 你这样喜欢做R&D为什么不早讲！that i was like hahah.. but well i think it's all God's plan that i am doing R&D now.. because
1) my R & D product has to do with Habanero, and habanero is one of the most spicy chillis. like seriously spicy. mum would love it. and if i were to do the first R&D project (which is satay sauce), then zj would have to do this Habanero project and she can't take spicy stuff so she will totally die haha.
2) i got to go down to production first, so i kinda like know nearly everyone in the factory already and it kinda make things easy when i'm like looking for ingredients or people and fun cos like after work i get to talk to them and stuff.

and it's so fun because i'm just given this product, and the ingredients that make up the product, and i'm supposed to be like 大长今 LOL. cos i don't know how much of each ingredient to add in, and sometimes, we don't have the ingredient that makes up the product in the factory, so we have to improvise. so in the end i was like 'agar'-ing everything because i duno how much of anything to add. and it actually turned out to look like the original sample and taste something like it! only it was like TOO SPICY compared to the previous one which was ALREADY SPICY. and while i was cooking it the whole place smelled spicy and like zj was coughing and coughing cos of the spicy steam lol. yeah so tmr i'll be working to perfect my recipe lols. so fun.

on another note, uncle G, whom i'm living with right now, works really hard. he's like always one of the last to go home, last night, he went home at 12.30am. kinda like making sure everything in the factory is going well. reminds me of my own parents. work and work and work and work and work =.= at least he doesn't work when he gets home (i think). he seems to be watching all the chinese 古装戏either on youtube or on satellite tv. yeah so i'm like still in the office blogging....cos he hasn't gone home yet.

and lol although i didn't manage to trick A today i managed to trick W! which i thought would be harder to trick. and i got to know someone new today, Ch. haha he's nice he spoke to me first. :)

zj's bday is this sat. wonder what we should do..??

i am so not business-ish. i rather do production work on the production line than a HACCP review. I am more hands-on than paperwork.

zzz HACCP review is so gonna kill me. i rather be burnt by detox juice.

amelia, the girl who only ate chicken breast meat

had to eat chicken feet today.

yes the dim sum kind.

the family that we are staying with brought us out to eat dim sum..and they ordered 2 笼s of that. so they were like eat eat! and zj said ok and she ate and i was like oh i don't eat it. then they say duno how to eat must learn how to eat! so they ask me to take one to eat.

so yeah that's how i ended up with foot of chicken on my plate.

basically, chicken feet have basically nothing much, but skin, and soft bone. and that's what people eat when they eat chicken feet.

normally, when i eat even stuff like chicken rice, i chuck away the skin. and here i was, a bunch of skin right in front of me, and i was thinking to myself omgomgomg how am i going to swallow all this skin? and yes soft bone? i nv even come across it because as my title so aptly says, i am the girl who only eats chicken breast meat.

it was like fear factor.

but i am proud to say i managed to eat most of it. like the skin and stuff. but i really couldn't eat the soft bone cos the texture was too extreme to me. all u have to do is not think of it as chicken skin when u are eating it, but think of it as like beancurd skin or sth, the texture is sorta similar...and yeah that's how managed to get it down my throat tiny piece by tiny piece.

what an achievement.

1) to weibin-- i know you will be like super irritated and scold me, but i went to play badminton yesterday!! lol. to my surprise and my 3-year-haven't-exercised-old bones, it was fun! there are people ranging for beginner to intermediate there i think you'd love that place cos you can like push ur limits. the pros are super zai like the shuttlecok goes so fast back and forth that i have no idea how on earth they prempt it coming their way. they got super fast vision or sth. are u as good as that???? hahah LETS GO PLAY WHEN I AM BACK IN SINGAPORE :D my entire left arm is aching now tho lol.

2) to all uni friends that call me ame in uni-- guess what!! in the house i'm staying with, the couple has a daughter who's 16 yrs old. She has a guinea pig, called Emmy. Pronounce Emmy. i'm sure you totally get what i mean.

and to everyone:
and this, my dear family and friends, is the infamous detox juice. after 2 weeks of practice, i have become a pro detox juice capper. lol. the colour doesn't even look nice. lol. but oh well apparently, since it's so popular, it has to work well detoxing ppl right? haha.

i nearly got into trouble cos i was taking fotos with people in the factory and u know there's that confidentiality agreement thing so i prolly couldn't take the machines and all. as of now my fotos have no machines so that's all right, cos the one with machines in the bg was blur and i deleted it anyway. it's a waste, cos i was trying to get a foto with marcus and he has that beard net which is so funny.

dang i have that terrible propensity to get into trouble :( and gary and benny were watching the production line from the window above.. crap man.

one thing i learnt... when you're studying, you can choose to do whatever you like, but when you're working, it's like you do whatever you are asked to do..you don't like it, too bad. that's the harsh reality of being in the workplace. but thankfully i have no negative sore feelings toward what i'm told to do, just that Detox Juice is the bane of my life. Consumers in Australia love it, but zzz omg it is terrribleeee. i appreciate factory production workers now..but at times it's more like oh they need u here so u go here. and when they dun need u oh err you want to go somewhere else and do something else? =/ i'm like the spare hand i guess.

oh well this week is nearly over! no more production for me! i'll miss working with some of them! though it's only been 2 weeks. oh well in the lab next week. shd be fun with tracey and annita and wayne.

it's been a while since i blogged =x
busy and tired!! haha. have to slp at 10.30 every night cos i wake up at like 6.30 every morning and it's alr bright and sunny.

i went to pacific fair on the weekend, and conrad jupiter to take a look at the casinos. casinos look the same where ever you go, it's the people that look cool. grps that go together wear matching coloured outfits, very aristocratic, very stylish, with head accessories, the kind with a feather and those black netting that cover the face along those lines..

and i went to movie world on sunday!! haha lazy to post up fotos here, they're too tedious cos u gotta do them one by one, so i tink i'll post on facebook soon. it's small, so me and zhujun kinda nearly watched all the shows and took all the rides in one day. even the super scary ones that were similar to those in the US (knott's berry farm)., that we didn't even dare to take in the US. I must say the lethal weapon ride (with u seated and ur legs dangling off the seat) and the superman ride (zzz that one is ULTIMATE. imagine 4 times of positive G force and 1 negative G force) are amazing. the lethal weapon ride is awesome--it turns u upside down like about 5 times, the superman ride i dun really like it, cos 4 times of positive G-force technically gives me the tower drop kinda feeling for like 4 times =S
i got myself a $99 pass for movie world and wet and wild for unlimited entry for 6 months..so i'll prolly go back more times haha. can't wait to check out wet and wild! haven't been to a water theme park in so long. hahah

a random thought i had.. there's this saying that you can choose your friends, but when it comes to family, you don't have a choice. well if i did have a choice, i'll choose them anyway. :)

people at the production side are nice! haha. i hope to become good friends with at least some of them. Mar (update: marcus i think) is funny and nice to talk to, S (update: stephanie) is like grandmotherly-ish, L (update: lorna) is cute, D (update: david) is bashful mischievous in a cute way, T (update: tracey) is cheeky friendly, Mi(update: michael) is very warm and always asking after me, and J (jenefer), A (annita), T (teina) , Mat (matthew) , C (chari), are all very willing to teach me what to do and tell me how and teach me how to make it easier and all the tricks and shortcuts and all that. haha production people are a really fun bunch to work with!! :)

random things and sushi!

haha yes anw. mr liang brought us out for sushi tonight! at this place called sushi train. they had this fried crab meat sushi thing, which was OMG DAMN NICE. At first when he told me his daughter could eat 5 of those at one go i was like huh it's just crab meat. u know, like the red sticks that u see in singapore that taste crappy and not like crab at all? but the crab sticks here are like kinda like the real stuff. like real crab meat rolled into a stick. it was sooooo goooood. and they had lobster sushi too. and i had to make myself finish eating this salmon fish skin thing which was blackish and looked ewwish by lathering lots of wasabi on it, cause mr liang said it was very nice lol. and the defining difference between singapore sushi and aussie sushi:left: singapore style. right: aussie style.
look at the difference in roe haha. they pile it up like a mountain over here. but then again the price is like whoaaaa. the cheapest coloured plate starts at 3.00 AUD. and then 3.50 and then 4.00 and 4.50 and 8.00 for their 'red plate'-like items.

other random things... i like aussie signboards. they have boards that show a kangaroo, or a koala, and then it says '50 metres' or something like that. if i have the chance, i will try to take fotos of them.

and kangaroos eat mandarin oranges. they stole mr liang's oranges out of his backyard. and left all the peel lying around on the floor. one was even caught red handed. i would have loved to see that sight. so cool.

and milo tastes different here. apparently everyone in singapore, according to them, thinks the milo here tastes better. when i drank the milo here i was like eewww dang i want my own singapore milo back. nestle aust says that milo in australia has higher fat content. little wonder to the me who dislikes fat that i dun like this version of milo :(

soybean milk here does not taste like vitasoy soy bean milk or anything like it. it tastes like milk. just milk.

the daughter of the homeowner owns a horse. a real horse. i want one too ):

there is bubble tea here at this place called 'australia fair'. it apparently thrashes singapore's one hands down. i will try it one day. and i probably will only try it once. the bubble tea here costs $4.50 D:

and leney! i tried the face mask! i looked like an alien while i was at it but it feels nice after that hahahah.

australians are like me. they love to eat chicken breast meat. that is why chicken breast is so expensive here while things like thigh and wing are not. boohoo:(

IT'S THE WEEKENDDDDD

yes!!! it's the weekend! after the first week of work.

so many things happened this week. learning about production at work, and all the things that u have to look out for, to keep ur eyes and ears open.. the very interesting machinery (which is ALWAYS cranky. either here or there or everywhere. so cranky.) I saw a clump of xanthan gum that didn't dissolve in the sweet chilli sauce, and was allowed to fiddle with it lol. did some weight checks (i thought it was 'wet check' at first cos that's how clarence pronounced it lol) and QA, which was sorta simple.

Got to know a lot of people and had more or less the same conversations with everyone. lol. made breakfast and cooked dinner which was mostly successful and once in a while fail. haha.

got to see the friendliness and hospitality of everyone there. all the aussies are friendly! and one of them even asked us out tmr. and the one who's been bringing us to and from work before mr lee (gary)(the owner of the house i am) comes back, eileen, has been preparing lunch for us which ranges from nasi lemak to chicken rice which is all rather nice. and even breakfast, once it was croissants with cheese and tuna filling, and this morning she treated us to fried chicken (i got the breast and goodness it was like so much nicer and juicier than singapore ones). Eileen has been very nice to us, and she has been teaching me a lot of things on the production line ( though i am sometimes very slow and lousy lol and at times too scared my hand will kena chopped off by some very aggressive parts of the machine) her husband johan, seems very friendly and fatherly-ish also. lol. like he tells me to be careful and not put my hand inside and that kind of thing. tmr we're going out with Eileen and Johan to have dimsum and then go to pacific fair to do a little shopping. and sunday, we're gonna receive gary and his family, and then hopefullyyyyy go to movie world. we're gonna get a summer pass which can allow us unlimited entry till june! haha.

ok i tink this entry seems long. got lots more to say. nxt entry.

my eyes are half closed

Seriously, work IS tiring. u just get that feelign that when u reach home, you just want to slump in the couch and stay there forever and ever and ever and ever. i wonder why mum doesn't look like that when she gets home.

my hat really goes off to all those people who have been doing this for more than 10 yrs of their lives. that's like about 3/4 of the people in the world lol. seriously amazing. studying is stressful and mentally tiring, but work.. zomg work. esp this kind of production work, is like mentally AND physically tiring.

big hugs and lots of love from me to all those who have been constantly encouraging me, sending me mails, praying for me. i feel really close to u all even tho i'm physically far far away and seemingly isolated. Family and friends are like OH SO IMPT. what would i do without all of u really. i think i'd go crazy here..it's kinda like a mental pressure cooker. sadly the bad thing about tis blogspot is they dun have private and public posts for u to choose.

I actually fell asleep just now halfway when i was on the bed, right after i showered, and was using the comp. that's how tired i am. i am gonna slp early tonight. at like 10pm. i am going to be muscly in 2 weeks! lol no more flabbb

work. day 2

hmm some thoughts after day 2 of work..

1) GAHHH I AM ACHING ALL OVER. arm and back ache from screwing caps on at super high speed without stopping most of the time. -_- reach in box, put on bottle. reach in box, put on bottle. dun have time to think. foot ache too lol standing the whole day. srsly i am so UNFIT. haha.

2) suddenly, i have rubber skin. for the past 2 days, i've been burnt 1000000 times at different places. at the filler area, at the sealer area, at the sink when the tap was turned on to the extreme left (hot) side, when juice started bouncing out off their bottles, when i touched hot bottles... you name it. Momentarily, you feel like ARIWEHFAF CRAP PAIN. and after a while, the redness all goes away and doesn't really show anymore. and no pain.or maybe i have wolverine skin now.

3)labelling is more fun. and not hot lol. and it's more my-pace. not machine-speed-heck-care-human-speed pace.

4) i'm busy!!! yes so time passes fast yeahhhhh.

5) I don't want to be DMZ :( WWJD???

there's kinda like so much time at night (after cooking dinner for ourselves, and showering), that i can kinda like check mail, and write in like my IA-daily log, blog here, blog on wordpress, and check my friends page on live journal. amazing. i now have like 1 od, 2 wordpress, 2 blogspot, 1 livejournal. 2 defunct though. haha. the wonders of blogging. it preserves sanity. :D

day 1 of work

kinda feeling really really homesick today.

i hope things will get better soon.

i'll have to have faith and trust that all things happen for a purpose and in His plan.

i guess Aust will be a big big learning and growing experience for me.. to try to stop being a spoilt kid and have things go my way, to learn to be less picky, and to learn how exactly it's like to live in a true blue chinese enivronment. sounds so ironic eh. that i'm in aust.

today is fail day.

we went to surfer's paradise/broadbeach today. it was FAIL.

1) we waited 35 mins for the bus to come to the stop outside our place. 2.90 to ride to the train station for what would have been about an 8-10 min drive.

2) 2 hours later, we were still on the bus (another bus) rocking our way slowly there.

3) we reached our destination. pacific fair shopping centre, and started walking to the beach. the weather was nice then

4) when we reached the beach, it started to drizzle. then POUR.

5) we had lunch indoors. after lunch we went out, it was still pouring. winds were so big that it blew my poor defenceless umbrella inside out like 1000000 times. holding the umbrella was like a chore. keep having to switch directions according to the dumb wind

6) spent the rest of the day indoors walking around sianedly at some other shopping place. all drinks are EX. bottled coke, sprite etc? 3 AUD.

7) took the bus back at 4.40pm. STILL raining.

8) got back to the station at 5.45pm.

9) waited till 630. asked bus 3 (which we took in the morning) if they went back to our street. no. according to him 726 would go. asked 726 when it came along. (reply: bus 3 or bus 725). asked 725 when it came along. (reply: bus 3 or bus 726)

10) so that's when we decided if we continued waiting like that for confusing answers, we'd nv get home. we took a cab. it was now 5 times more expensive than the morning's fare.

today is FAIL day.

one heck of a new year's eve night.

haha i am a super lazy bum. after 2 days, i dun feel like blogging anymore. feels like one of those 三分钟热度 things. haha. but i shall TRY to persevere at this lol.

so anyway, that night mr perkins(wayne) came to pick me up and his godson, Nathan, was in the car. He's 14, really friendly, and loves to disturb Wayne. we drove to his friend's (Bryce) place, where i met another very friendly lady whom i can only assume to be Bryce's mother Barbara, who welcomed me with a hug. totally not a singaporean-conservative-chinese style welcome. haha. but it felt nice, cos i felt really welcome.

They were going to have thai takeout for dinner, and they were like ordering stuff...like Wayne ordered red curry duck, and the rest ordered some stuff i didn't quite understand, and along with coconut rice and steamed jasmine rice. so they asked me what i wanted and i was like uhh do they have pineapple rice? that was like the safest thai food (in singapore) that i could think of lol.

they stared at me blankly.

so...conclusion: australian thai food does not have pineapple rice. for some very sad reason. so since i found out everyone was just sharing, i told them to just go ahead and decide on my behalf since i wouldn't know what was on the menu anyway.

the fireworks were supposed to be at 9pm and 12am, at 7+ 8, it was still pouring like crazy. so while we waited for dinner to come and for the rain to stop, we all played wii. bryce has a crazy amount of wii games. so i played like wii fit for the first time with 3 almost strangers. so paiseh. and guess what?

i got videoed. by Wayne. behind my back.

then i was like GAH zomg this is so embarrassing. and i even fell off the balance board accidentally cos i lost my balance during the snowboard slalom game. so obviously i took revenge. and videoed him back. lol. i caught him doing the most funny ones. like the hula hoop game. imagine someone doing the hulahoop action, but without a hoop. so funny.

and then dinner came!
dinner was good, but technically not very enough for a big guy, a medium guy, a small guy, and...me. bryce's dog, sophie, kept looking pitifully at everyone.. with those puppy eyes..as if to say 'feed me feed me!' bryce let her lick his plate clean. she's so friendly she even got on my lap and sat there! (yes i know she doesn't look v comfortable) thankfully, the rain stopped, and we made our way to the beach. pretty uneventful there, except for having to pass through throngs of young party goers (some already obviously drurnk), and nathan trying to sneak up and tackle mr perkins every once in a while. at 12 mn, the fireworks began. reminded me a lil of 4th july in US, we were in the middle of fireworks, there were fireworks in front of us (at surfer's paradise) and behind us (at broadbeach), neither were very near. here's the 3 of them trying to take a foto.. and here's a kinda fail-blur foto taken by me:
after the fireworks, we had a long walk back to bryce's house. it was prolly a roundabout way or sth, to avoid the roads with all the possibly 95% drunk partygoers. mum wanted me to take a cab back after the fireworks, cos she felt it wouldn't be ok staying over at wayne's friends place when it was 3 guys and i barely knew any of them. at 2am, we went out to the taxi stand (which happens to be at the conrad jupiter, a casino)

so put casino, new years day, 2 am, partygoers, lots of alcohol, what do you get?

hell lots of drunkards.

cars driving with screeching tyres at insane speeds round bends, people who are standing straight one minute and the next minute falling face first into the bushes, people going F*** F*** F*** F*** F*** F*** everywhere, ppl being crazy high, not walking straight, broken glasses on the floor..

seriously i'd be much safer IN the house, than OUT of it. and the taxi line was about 100m ++ long.

so, in the end, i spent the night at the place, on a couch in the living room downstairs, with my contacts on. and saved some money on a cab fare travelling home myself to a dark house at 2 am with drunk drivers on the highway.

Hokays. today is New Year's Eve.

I woke up this morning thinking, "whew. i survived the night alone in an empty house" sometimes it got a bit scary cos well u hear strange sounds outside of the room and all..but i slept fine, without waking up in between at all. so yeah i was like quite looking forward to zhujun coming. anw to cut things short, i am like so blur and scatterbrained that i found out she was only flying TONIGHT and coming tmr. so yeah another day of alone-ness lol.

so anw i decided to like go out in the afternoon..wanted to go venture to the nearby movie world and check things out around there.. so i grabbed a energy bar and left the house. the place i stay in looks like this from the outside:for some reason... I couldn't find the movie world entrance! even though i clearly thought i saw it when i was on my way to the house ystd!!! either it was a hallucination, or i was too zonky after 3 hours of slp on the plane to remember how to get there. lol. the only thing i DID see was this highway signboard:

kinda uluated..but i decided to cross this overhead bridge which mr perkins said would lead me to some 'shopping centre'. while i was nearing the other side, the first building i saw was this:

lol. it's a bit creepy thinking of the kind of dodgy people that might be frequenting that place..

and so i ended up on the other side, and it was not really a mall kind of shopping centre, just this place with like some random shops, a bank, supermarket a cafe...and more random shops. next to the supermarket there was a bakery and a butchery..selling like beef rumps and meat slabs and that kinda thing. so cool. the bakery looked quite high class also. their breads were like 3.00-4.50 AUD a piece.

and ok i nearly went CRAZY in the supermarket. it's like the first time i was feeling super happy i was in aust. the supermarket was like the best of both worlds. they had all the nice comforting familiar singapore food. like MILO (yes thank heavens MILO)..kelloggs cornflakes, lipton tea..strepsils..maggie mee..nissin tom yam and laksa noodles..they even had ayam brand canned food lol. and they had all the BEAUTIFUL. australian food. like all the breaded chicken (breast) steaks and beef and hamburger patties and interesting tv dinners and pasta and risotto and fish and BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. i was so excited. lol i duno if anyone is like me. getting excited in a supermarket. i wanted to buy the whole supermarket home and cook it all lol. but after a while i wondered if i was starting to look a little suspicious walking aisle after aisle looking fascinated but with not a single item or a shopping basket in my hand. so i bought some stuff!yes so that explains the beef stroganoff. lol. and oh-so-comforting pokka green tea. love it! and then i went home yes i know i'm very boring lol. the beef stroganoff tasted good though a bit too salty so i added some hot water. and rice is comfort food to me now in aust. haha. anw tonight, Mr Perkins is gonna bring me to broadbeach to view the new year's eve fireworks with his friend and godson. hopefully it's gonna be pretty!! =D
